Welcome to Gravitee Designs Digitals,  ("Gravitee Designs" "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website, products, and services. By accessing or using any of our designs, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using our website, products, or services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use our designs or products.


2. Use of Design Purchases
a. Permitted Usage: You can use our files to create physical items like shirts, cups, signs, headbands, stickers, tumblers, etc. These designs are for personal and small business use only and may not be copied, distributed, modified, shared, or resold.
b. Prohibited Usage: You may not incorporate our seamless files into other digital designs for sale, resell our files or parts thereof, post our files without proper watermarks, share our
files with others or other businesses, post our files in unauthorized groups, share unwatermarked photos, order custom prints from unlicensed vendors, share drive purchases with other business owners, or sell printed transfers, wholesale stickers, etc., without purchasing the necessary licensing.


3. Monthly Drive Terms and Conditions
a. Applicability: The above terms and conditions also apply to monthly drive purchases from Gravitee Digital Designs. You may not use one drive for multiple businesses, and a monthly drive is intended for use by one business only. An employee or virtual assistant (VA) cannot purchase a monthly drive on behalf of the business owner, and a VA cannot use these files for their own business if purchased under the VA's ownership.


4. Licensing Terms and Conditions
a. Permitted Usage: With the proper licensing, you can use the digital files purchased from to sell wholesale stickers, print transfers, fabric, printed vinyl, water slides, etc. 

b. Prohibited Usage: Please refrain from using the designs in logo design, third-party printing, or standalone prints. Selling printed transfers of our designs requires the proper license. You must not resell our images as your own. You cannot resell our stamp sets as your own stamps; use them to enhance your designs without reselling them as is. When purchasing designs/drives, make sure to use the appropriate email for your business. Avoid editing or changing our files, sharing or uploading our files to unauthorized groups, posting mock-ups without watermarks, copying or creating items that closely resemble our designs, sharing our files with others, selling any part of our files, altering our files and selling digital art using them (except for elements sold separately), using our files in your own digital designs, changing or editing the files and sharing this licensing with another business. One license is valid for one business only and cannot be transferred or used by multiple businesses.

5. Violation of Terms and Conditions
Violation of these terms and conditions may result in actions taken against you and your business. Commercial licenses are required for selling screen prints, sublimation prints,

DTF prints, clear cast water slide decals, patches, wholesale stickers, or any other products featuring Suprima Designs Digitals's designs. Failure to purchase the necessary license may lead to the revocation of commercial rights to previously purchased designs without a refund. Non-compliance with licensing requirements may result in removal and banning from using and purchasing our files. We reserve the right to request proof of sales/licensing and, if unable to provide it, we may revoke commercial rights and refuse service/sales. If you are selling through another business or as an employee, that business must also hold the necessary licensing and purchase the designs under their business.

6. Refunds/Exchanges/Returns
Due to the digital nature of the products, we do not offer refunds or exchanges.
However, if you encounter any issues with your file, please contact us via email, and we will assist you accordingly.
Personal and small business use is included with all listings. The extended license will extend what is allowed with your purchase.
You MAY NOT
1. Post Mock-ups or items without a proper watermark to protect the artwork
2. Alter the design and/or claim it as your own.
3. Gift, share, or sell the digital file. Ever.
4. Upload to any sharing site.
5. Copy or create items which look very similar to this design in order to get around these policies.
6. Use the design in logo design, third party printing, or stand alone prints.
